We have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost. 

We understand life can be unpredictable and things can happen outwith your control. We allow all our clients one cancellation with no charge however, future bookings would then be subject to a 50% non refundable deposit. 

As a new and small business we would not be able to sustain without these charges in place. Thank you for your understanding.
